MGM China Holdings’ IPO priced at the top end of its range of $1.59-$1.97. As part of the IPO, MGM China became owner of MGM Grand Paradise SA, the Macau company that owns the MGM Grand Macau resort and casino, the world’s top gambling destination. MGM fell 4% to 14.19.
