Stocks mixed; traders fear delay to Europe deal (AP)

AP – Hopes for a key European summit this week rose and fell on Wednesday, but U.S. stock indexes barely moved. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 15 points by mid-afternoon, while other indicators edged lower.
