Make sure the broker you choose is regulated, and is never too much to contact the regulation entity to make sure, in fact that they are regulated…

We have found that renting a timeshare whenever we plan a vacation is the only way to go, for all of the “plus” reasons listed in this article. We always use http://www.redweek.com, which has a huge number of timeshare rentals available, always lists the details about every resort and timeshare unit, and even has pictures of both.
